I am a professionally trained chef and have been working in the culinary profession since 1986. I specialize in custom-tailored menus for any and every occasion. My creative focus is a blend of all my favorite things: whole grains, organics, multi-ethnic flavors and home style. I also have complete flexibility to create items based on your specific needs, whether they are personal tastes or dietary restrictions. You will find all of this and more in my gourmet shop, Dinner’s Ready Set Go, where you can browse for tonight’s appetizer, dinner, dessert, or plan a party or special event for next month. My menu book is available to help whet your appetite for every occasion. I have many repeat and satisfied customers who have used one or more of my services at any given time. And in addition to catering and gourmet take-out, I am fully prepared to create a week’s worth of meals for your in-home enjoyment. All of my items, prepared to your specifications, can be stored in your freezer until you are ready to enjoy them.
